In order to make purchases through the site, you will be requested to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, e-mail address, and phone number, as well as other information as requested. You will also be required to provide payment details, when ordering items, and warrant that the information and payment details you provide are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to on the Billing information provided.

 

Ordering through the Site is open to individuals who meet the Desert Rose terms of eligibility, who have a valid credit card from a bank acceptable to Desert Rose, whose application is acceptable to Desert Rose and who have authorized Desert Rose to process a charge on their credit card in the amount of the total amount of the purchase.

 

By sending through the application and the purchase order, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks, to authenticate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization, and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

 

 

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

 

Desert Rose offers products for sale that are in stock and available to ship out. However, there may be occasions that items will be custom made upon specification from the client and upon our acceptance to do so. In such cases, an advance payment is required to secure the production, which will be dispatched to the customer upon completion.

 

Prices shown on the Site are in UAE Dirhams and not inclusive of any taxes. If you are buying from outside of the United Arab Emirates, you will also incur carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. The final price for customers will be calculated in accordance to the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

 

 

Once you’ve selected your merchandise and placed your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging details of your order. This is not an acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to get authorization of your credit card, if the item is out of stock or not up to our standards, or if you do not meet the eligibility of the criteria set out. Furthermore we have the right to refuse to process your order at our sole discretion.

 

Unless you cancel your order as per our Cancellation Policy, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Desert Rose will be perfected when the goods are dispatched to you. The sales contact is therefore concluded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the language of the contract is English.

 

 

Payment of your order can only be made with a specified credit card. The processing of your card is done through a secure line. Your credit card will be charged and debited upon receipt of your order (provided availability and acceptance). Your transaction will show the company name as Pay Pal and not Desert Rose, as Pay Pal is the payment gateway facilitator for Desert Rose.

 

 

 

Once you receive our acknowledgement e-mail, and wish to modify, exchange or cancel the order, simply return to us our e-mail stating your wish.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you don’t feel satisfied with your goods you may cancel your order at any time during the cancellation period by providing us with a cancellation notice. The cancellation period starts as of the date you receive our e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order and ends on the seventh day following receipt of the merchandise by you or, in the case of gifts, the person who received them. Desert Rose will send you an e-mail with your Return Authorization (RA) number to facilitate your return. Without a RA number we cannot accept any returns. This number will serve as a notice of cancellation.

 

Goods returned must be in the same good, unused condition, and must be returned to us in their original packing and with all the original labels attached. If you require further information and clarification, please send us an e-mail.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell any item that may be defective, used and tiered looking, and we will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such a case, we will not accept the return, and will return the item back to the purchaser at the purchasers cost.

 

All returns/exchanges/cancellations must be written on the original invoice and on the return shipping label. We request that all goods be returned by ARAMEX. The return address is written on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods.

Alternatively you may return the cancelled goods by any other secure means but we do not accept any liabilities for goods returned if you do not send them to us via our courier. In the failure to return the goods within the stipulated time limit, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods to you. For further information you can contact us via e-mail, or call us on +971-50-646 9268.

 

Refunds to you will be made within one month from the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card for the amount of the cancellation. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

 

 

We deliver to the countries specified in our order form. Since the deliveries are done from the United Arab Emirates, there is no tax included in your invoice. Desert Rose is not in any way liable to pay any customs duty due on imports to your country of residence.

 

Your order will be shipped after:

a) Your payment is approved

b) Your address is verified for the delivery and the billing.

 

Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the payment approval and your order receipt. But please allow us up to 7 working days for delivery due to external factors that our out of our control. Consideration has to also be made to U.A.E national holidays and our weekend is a Friday.

Deliveries within the U.A.E will be made in 24-48 hours (provided they are working days).
